1 Auto is one of the leading car exporters in Singapore. We have been exporting cars for more than a decade and have a good track record. We have 100% delivery on all the cars we sold. Our cars are as of described and we take pride in the cars that we send. Your satisfaction is what that keeps us going.
How reliable is 1 Auto?
1 Auto has 100% delivery rate. All cars that we sell have to go through our in-house quality control before shipment. Thus, conditions not made known prior to sales will be sorted before shipment. We aim for 100% satisfaction rate.
What languages can you do business with?
We can deal in most major languages English, Chinese, Malay. We are working to bring more language options to cater for your needs soon.
What are your office hours?
We are working 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday +8GMT time. We are working to bring forward to you. Local offices to serve you better at your local times.
Can I add some accessories to the car before shipment?
Yes, 1 Auto is in contact with many major workshops and parts specialist and can help source for the specific accessories that you require regardless of new or used. Feel free to let our sales team know so that they can quote you based on availability and price.
Can I request for hi-resolution photos of the cars?
Yes, Pictures within our website have been downsized to reduce memory space. Feel free to speak to our sales team, they will be able to send you a higher resolution photo of your intended car.
What happens when cars do not comply with my country?
It is very unlikely to have noncompliance car shipped to you. However, to avoid any mistakes, always feel free to verify with our sales team on whether the intended vehicle can be imported into your country.
Can you ship with car parts within the car?
Yes, we will be able to place used parts into the car. However, we do strongly recommend against that. As we are not able to warrant the parts against theft and custom clearance issues.
